But when he gave you an opportunity to get together later on Saturday, you played games and didn't want to seem too available. (You could always have accepted, with the understanding that you couldn't stay out late.) He doesn't sound too interested, but I hope things have moved forward since you wrote If so, in no event should you confront him about the nature of your "connection." Guys hate that. Give him plenty of opportunities to get together, and if he wants to, he will. As the yellow fruit said, you shouldn't be the only one investing energy into this. If that's the case, move on.
