I have my nose and my snake bites done (both sides of lower lip). But I do have to say it has effected how people see me. I was at costco and asked a woman where something was and she gave me a crazy look and ignored me... yes its an extreme case, and yes i have had people come up and tell me they like my piercing. But i always make sure to take out my snake bites when i go on interviews and was asked to take out my nose ring for a job as well as cover all of my tattoos (i have four, R foot, R hip, L shoulder blade, L forearm) It's all about what you let get to you and what your willing hide of yourself.
